ABORT THE COURT
FIVE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES AND GINNI THOMAS MADE A DECISION TO OVERTURN ROE V. WADE, AFFECTING THE LIVES OF 196,899,193 WOMEN. WHERE IS THE DEMOCRACY IN THAT?
Leadership does not mean domination. The world is always well supplied with people who wish to rule and dominate others. The true leader is different; he seeks effective activity with a truly beneficial purpose. The Supreme Court has a purpose of its own, enslaving women to its will. Since its most recent decisions offend the people, they cannot be said to be legislating democracy, which is for and decided in favor of the people.
GINNI THOMAS IS THE ONLY JUSTICE NOT TO BE CONFIRMED
Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett are liars and hypocrites. Today, they have proven this fact more than ever. We are once justice who has his opinions to be compromised by an intrusive, power-hungry conspirator to sedition; to mentally spank him into aggressively following her self-serving ideas about what women should do, what they are allowed to decide for themselves, and how to limit their rights until they bow down in submission to a group of five men and one unqualified and shallow woman, who believe they speak the word of God and are committed to the agenda of Donald Trump. The current Supreme Court is not a product of democracy. Not only are they incapable of ethics, but they are also incapable of remorse. Moral minorities have never held back, and it is not the time to start.
Those who have fought for human rights and justice never limited their words to academic terms and intellectual considerations. They spoke the words that needed to be spoken and walked in protest against oppression.
Now many how grown old, died an early death, or unjustly spent years in prison, silenced and distanced. The voices of protest “suddenly stopped,” like a movie that suddenly ended. Many spoke a language that was never used again. Unfortunately, few have chosen the sets of words that now need to be spoken.
A WOMAN’S BODY, A WOMAN’S DECISION
These justices are not fit to represent the people when it is clear that the will of the people is of no concern to their narrow-minded thinking. Their only desire is to be “Lord over the people.” The Supreme Court, as it exists today, should be stripped of its power, and the substance of its opinions should be ignored.
AMY CONEY BARRETT HAS A NANNY AND A MAID; ASK HER ABOUT THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOURS!
Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett are hypocrites and said whatever they needed to say in order to sit on the Court and please the corrupt Republican menace to American society. By voting according to the dictates of the perverted elite, the Justices suppress the will and rights of the people. It is time to suppress their power to decide when a woman should give birth and how many births a woman should have. They have made a decision to honor the rapist and imprison the victim. It is time for women to take their movement to the streets, to the voting booths, and adopt the task of removing every politician who could have aggressively supported the rights of women and did not. These politicians, in the coming months, will expect you to be stupid, to be accepting, and to follow their directives because they don’t trust women to decide their own fate. These are the same politicians that have refused to adequately support tough legislation that limits gun violence and will only accept half-ass remedies to an epidemic called violence. Where were the concerns for human life when the officers sat on their guns and allowed the slaughter of children? These men do not want equality; they only want a warm meal, a full belly, and a body to lay next to. The choice of women today is how long they stand for inequality created by the law?
CONSERVATIVES WANT LIVE BABIES SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE DEAD SOLDIERS
According to the Office of Management and Budget, the United States spent $754 billion on national defense during the fiscal year (FY) 2021. The cost of the war has become the $800 billion gorilla in the room. What do Alito and Thomas think about that? Since Uncle Thomas has never cared about black people, it’s disingenuous for him to pretend he cares now. The budget deal announced today repeats a longtime pattern by combining more resources into the military and war than K-12 education, affordable housing, public health, scientific and medical research, early childhood education and care, and homelessness.
Abraham Lincoln once said, “A majority held in restraint by constitutional checks and limitations, and always changing easily with deliberate changes of popular opinions and sentiments, is the only true sovereign of a free people. Whoever rejects it does of necessity fly to anarchy or to despotism. Unanimity is impossible. The rule of a minority, as a permanent arrangement, is wholly inadmissible; so that, rejecting the majority principle, anarchy or despotism in some form is all that is left.”
The Supreme Court would have men look at women as subservient beings, with whom they allow a house, but not their share of a home; women bound to another in a common dwelling, but not in common effort. We learn to share only a common fear, only a common desire to retreat from each other, only a common impulse to meet disagreement with force. We must admit the vanity of our false distinctions among
Lincoln further said, “I do not forget the position assumed by some that constitutional questions are to be decided by the Supreme Court, nor do I deny that such decisions must be binding in any case upon the parties to a suit as to the object of that suit, while they are also entitled to very high respect and consideration in all parallel cases by all other departments of the Government. And while it is obviously possible that such a decision may be erroneous in any given case, still the evil effect following it, being limited to that particular case, with the chance that it may be overruled and never become a precedent for other cases, can better be borne than could the evils of a different practice. At the same time, the candid citizen must confess that if the policy of the Government upon vital questions affecting the whole people is to be irrevocably fixed by decisions of the Supreme Court, the instant they are made in ordinary litigation between parties in personal actions the people will have ceased to be their own rulers, having to that extent practically resigned their Government into the hands of that eminent tribunal. Nor is there any assault upon the court or the judges in this view. It is a duty from which they may not shrink to decide cases properly brought before them, and it is no fault of theirs if others seek to turn their decisions to political purposes.”
We must become stronger than we have been; more courageous, greater in spirit, and larger in outlook. We must become members of a new nation, overcoming partisan prejudices and inequality, owing to our ultimate allegiance not to illegitimate nation-building but to civil rights within the human community.
