THE PINNOCHIO PRESIDENT ONLY THINKS HE WANTS TO BE A WARTIME PRESIDENT
Donald Trump is taking every step to shove, set off, and drag the United States into a war with Iran. On Monday, April 8th, Donald Trump designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization, the first time in history the U.S. classified another country’s government as such, an action that reverses the switch on a selection of sanctions on the military unit and companies, individuals, and organizations with ties to it. According to The New York Times, top C.I.A. and Pentagon officials argued against the designation, saying it will “allow hardline Iranian officials to justify deadly operations against Americans overseas, especially Special operations units and paramilitary units working under the C.I.A.
Trump’s disdain for Iran was not as discernable when the Trump Organization, signed multiple contracts to build a hotel with “expansive guest rooms” which first thirteen floors would feature residences with “spectacular views of the city and the Caspian Sea.” It was more about concerned about money than reasons for military engagement. Sanctions were not part of Trump’s dialogue when Ivanka Trump was hosted by underlings of the Revolutionary Guard in Tehran. As the most senior Trump Organization official involved in the project, she toured the site in reportedly was distracted by “very strong feelings, not just about the design but about the back of the hotel — landscaping. It was around 2015 the Trumps went into business with the Mammadov’s. Hafiz Mammadov founded the Baghlan Group in 1998 in Azerbaijan, a country bounded by the Caspian Sea to the east, Russia to the north. The Baghlan Group is a company that specializes in oil, gas, construction, and transportation, mainly in Azerbaijan.
International banks had become increasingly reluctant to accept money from businesses owned by the I.R.G.C., making it necessary for Iran to find an alternative way to send money outside the country, including to allies like Hezbollah and the Syrian government.
If the citizens of the United States are going to bear the brunt of what would be a brutal war, shouldn’t they know what is fanning the flames of what is, really, a Sunni-Shia conflict inspired by Bin Salman whispers into Jared Kushner’s ears and supported by lies from the United Arab Emirates, sealed with the developing symbiotic relationship all countries have with Netanyahu’s regime. Let us not get sidetracked with accusations of being anti-Semitic. Netanyahu is a con man in an expensive suit, probably purchased with the embezzled money of his people. He is as deceptive as Bin Salman is demented. The only decisions Netanyahu, Trump, Bin Salman, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan of U.A.E. should be deciding is which cell they want to rot inside as they settle in the Hague for crimes against humanity. Whether it is for putting children in cages and causing physical and psychological torture, for targeted assassinations, ethnic genocide against Palestinian people, torture and hanging of dissidents in Riyadh, or targeting leaders based on religion and political thought in Sana, Yemen. Looking closely, the hands of all these men have created an international criminal enterprise whose liability must have been foreseeable by leaders who were not predisposed to ignore it, but then one would need to see all the blood washed off their hands.
Trump has been wagging his finger at Iran since he arrived in the Oval Office, but with some of his more moderate advisers out and more aggressive advisers in, the president has seriously repeated the notion of a new military conflict in the Middle East. More recently, Trump has been pointing his thumb up, since the “Assassin from the Oasis” told him that it would be in his best interest to go after Iran. John Bolton, that “super strategist” that led innocent Iraqis and Americans to their deaths, would have Americans believe, the United States is not seeking war with Iran, but Iran is provoking it. Bolton’s intel does not show us that he is actually very intelligent at all, not when it comes to considering what in the interest of this country, human decency, or truth. Bolton was a champion for unilateral and violent resolution of international differences when he cried, “weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.” The fact is, Bolton himself was a weapon of mass destruction. Bolton knew very well how he was misrepresenting the facts to the public, long before the path was paved to Iraq.
He lied and Americans died. If this country were to follow the dictates of his unsteady mind while he speaks to a mind which is more unsteady than even his own, none of us should have any doubts about what the consequences would be.
The greatest reward that could be given in recognition this era of political error filled with constant interrogation, of confrontation with the brutality of my country, is that it has freed me from ghosts and girded me against the sheer terror of disembodiment.
However, the best pardon America might get comes from its oldest nemesis, Vladimir Putin. This oligarchy is actively involved in conservation. After Pasha, gifted to him by President of Serbia, what could be worth more safeguarding than an American president willing to do your bidding? Donald Trump isn’t going to send any troops to Iran. He isn’t going to send aerial bombs, chemical explosives or even the Lego nuclear spectrometer! It’s more likely that the Power Rangers will make it closer to a place that an American trooper should not be made to go when one considers Trump never saw fit to go himself- to war!
Back in 1968, the tenant on Pennsylvania Avenue played football, tennis, and squash; and was becoming amused by golf. However, after college graduation in the spring of 1968, he became eligible to be drafted to Vietnam. With the help of an obliging doctor, Trump received a diagnosis of “bone spurs,” which allowed him the first of five deferments that allowed him to ditch out on the Vietnam War. Fifty-eight thousand one hundred forty-eight were killed and 304,000 wounded out of 2.7 million who served. Amputations and other debilitating wounds were 300 percent higher than in World War II. 75,000 Vietnam veterans are hindered psychological debilitation. Donald Trump continued to improve his golf game.
Iran ranks high on Russia’s hypersensitive list, period! Moscow is not shy of showcasing the strength of its Russia-Iran alliance to the international community. The two countries’ international positions play a huge role in their mutual relationship. The growing confrontation initiated by Trump towards Iran has prompted Russia to become very interested in the conflict. Trump, who has repeatedly boasted about the possibility of sending up to 120,000 troops to counter Iran if it attacked American forces, did a U-turn.
“Would I do that? Absolutely,” he told reporters. “But we have not planned for that. Hopefully, we’re not going to have to plan for that.” He said this as Pompeo was heading off to Moscow. One might wonder if the Secretary of State was summoned.
So, while Russia develops influence throughout the Middle East it does have to worry about by those annoying duties of juggling relations, especially those involving Russia’s political allies — that’s what Donald is for.
